Not really, doesn't really seem like a simple task tbh. […]
I did a quick diff of both files. Most of the AVPs/groupes/messages are the same. Some small changes or additional values for enums. The messages can be ignored as we don't use them.
So in the end, I don't think it matter for use atm. (except if one or the other missing AVPs are used).
