that's probably because you are not using fake time during the test. […]
So I changed the local port for the stream test from 8967 (previously used) to 8977 and the test ran through. I tried it out before without this change and it worked once though, so I'm not sure what's going on.
Fix for already merged commit is

I could add another patch to disable logging timestamps
