In that case, the DLCX arrive at as_Media_mgw() in MSC_ConnectionHandler. Set pars.fail_on_dlcx := false so it gets ignored there and stays in the queue, until f_expect_dlcx_conns() in f_tc_ho_in_fail_no_detect() takes care of them.
