[osmocom-announce] February 2025 Osmocom CNI releases

Hello all, the Osmocom project has released new version 202502 of the CNI (Cellular Network Infrastructure) software. Those new tagged/released versions contain 7 months of work since the previous versions released during July 2024. See https://osmocom.org/news/293 for details.
