[PATCH] quirks: add AM261x device-specific manifest wait quirk

Hi, This patch adds an AM261x-specific quirk to reduce the manifest wait time to 500ms. The AM261x ROM DFU implementation resets before the default 1 second manifest wait expires, So applying the shorter wait enables reliable firmware downloads while preserving the existing behavior for all other devices Comments and feedback are welcome. Regarding pending moderation of patch submission

Hi, I submitted a patch titled [PATCH] quirks: add AM261x device-specific manifest wait quirk approximately one week ago and received an automated notification that the message was awaiting moderator approval. The patch does not appear to reach the mailing list archives. Could someone please confirm whether the submissions is still pending moderation or if any action is required from my side?
