Sorry for the lack of responses here. Given the feedback received from the Singularity City folks, I'm confident we won't need a separate tent and will find sufficient space in their hackcenter tent.
So, the Osmocom village will be part of Singularity City and not rent a separate tent.
Regards, Harald

Singularity City has opened the CfP for self-organized workshops in their dedicated workshop tent. I've been asked to disribute the below link for anyone interested in giving any workshops:

As we decided the Osmocom village will be part of Singularity City, as citizens we're expected to pay our 'Village Share' for using their facilities such as hack center tent/tables/chairs, breakfast, etc.
A [German] page with benefits we get in return is available at https://singularitycity.de/kosten.html
We've been notified the related village share tickets can be obtained via https://smaut.stratum0.org/sincity/village2019/ - however, it currently doesn't work for me ("Internal Server Error We had trouble processing your request.")
Please make sure to obtain the related ticket. Thanks!

I paid for the three of us coming from the US, I had an issue with errors, but careful reloading got me through the process. I do need to double check payment received though.

I've received this from the camp orga, and I'm passing it here:
