This would be a good idea. This year there were a lot of talks but nearly no time to just talk with each other or work on projects, especially on Saturday (in the years before the evenings were usually "free" and used for that). A schedule (it does not need to be detailed on the minute) would solve this.

I agree to do that. People could leave a talk they are not that much interested in and go into this room to work on their projects. I don't think we should change the location of the venue, I like it and there is enough space in my opinion, especially if we would make use of the second room.
