I installed the osmo-NITB on ubuntu18.04, including
osmo-trx,osmo-bts,and openbsc.
The following is the print messages when these three applications start up.

In a word, the hardware USRP TX/RX LED has not been lighted, it seems
not work. How to poweron it?
