So if it's not a lot of work, yes, having _uS granularity would be nice.
In the case of `OSMO_TDEF_MS`, I am simply migrating this tdef API to use the **existing** `osmo_fsm_..._ms()` API. There is currently no `osmo_fsm_..._us()` API, so supporting `OSMO_TDEF_US` would mean adding the missing osmo_fsm API.
