I do wonder, can't we generate this certificate as part of the test run, in order to avoid submittin […] The problem with this certificates is that those are test certificates which are generated by the GSMA. The certificates are part of a specification (SGP.26). This spec ships with a set of pre-generated certificates which integrators shall use for testing.
