The problem with this certificates is that those are test certificates which are generated by the GSMA. The certificates are part of a specification (SGP.26). This spec ships with a set of pre-generated certificates which integrators shall use for testing.

Technically it would be possible to use certificates we generate ourselves, but this wouldn't be an official SGP.26 test certificate then...
