Ok, my wrong. The RF-PA (SKY77324) used in the phone cannot actually transmit
more than 35dBm. As there is additional loss incurred by the cables, antenna
connector and the antenna switch (the diode switch between antenna socket and
PA), the 30.something dBm actually seem quite reasonable.
