That setup seemed to have worked for me once I rebuilt it again.
But I'm still facing the same error as stated by Amber & Sarosh
The 2nd BTS refuses to take the configuration of "bts 1". I have tried to
run the 2nd BTS on the same machine as well as from a networked machine.
