Hi, I experienced the same problem and Kevin Redon solved it. As per his words "The only cause I could find is an accidental short between the ERASE and nearby 3.3V pin (on top of the board)." And he was right. We have simtrace v2. When we connect the device through USB to a laptop it does not respond. None of the lights turn on. It does not respond to any commands. ./simtrace2-lists shows Device = 0.
Can you give us some suggestions on how to use the device and if this is the normal behavior?
