I used the adapter several times now.
This direction (cable coming out of the cornered side) works most of the time with phone
which have a tray.
But with phone which have a push-push slot (like the galaxy s3), the cable should be on
the other side.
So ideally cables with opposing directions should be available.
But bending the cable over the card works just fine.
On a related note: For nanoSIM, I think we would have to go for
dual-layer PCB with vias placed inside the actual card contact pads.
This will make production cost even more expensive than the microSIM
adapter. So unless there's significant interest in a nanoSIM adapter,
it's unlikely that we'd have some made. Please let us know if you
absolutely want one, and if you're happy to pay even more (e.g. 25-30
EUR) for only that adapter.

cutting the right lines would make cables out of it, else you can use it as is, but the
traffic goes through the mitm chip.
