Thanks for the osmo-fl2k gift!
Unfortunately it seems I'm experiencing the same issue as the one reported by the
original poster.
I've compiled osmo-fl2k from source[1] and run it on Ubuntu 16.04 x86_64 both on a
notebook and a desktop PC (with USB 3 ports) without noticing any detectable RF
activity[2].
Is there any way to debug/tackle the issue? Is it VGA adapter dependent?
