[osmocom-analog] Unable to compile with SoapySDR

Hello, I am having a problem getting osmo analog to compile with soapySDR support. I have ensured all required libraries are installed. My hardware is a Raspberry pi 4 running Ubuntu Server 21.04 64-bit.
