less osmo-msc patches

Hi everyone, let me remind you that I am refactoring the RAN connection in osmo-msc to allow for inter-MSC handover. Patches merged to osmo-msc now are almost guaranteed to produce merge conflicts. Cosmetic changes to RAN code are likely to be obsolete. I would prefer if you guys wouldn't bother for another few weeks. Thanks, ~N
