it seems it's still hard-coded in the source code:
see line 559 of bs11_config.c:
abis_nm_bs11_conn_oml_tei(g_bts, 0, 1, 0xff, TEI_OML);
you can change the source to use TS != 1 and any numeric value instead of TEI_OML
Feel free to fix this properly and make the timeslot and TEI a commandline
argument and send us a patch!
