Hi Георгий,
your English is fine, but you just sent >2 Mb worth of screenshot images of
text. That's *really* bad style. Please do not ever send images to a mailing
list. If you have large attachments, link to them online. Just send text.
"Shutdown timer expired" is what I see when my BTS is unable to connect to the
BSC.
Though osmocombb is not about BTS, it is about the baseband.
