I also faced this problem yesterday and created a ticket: https://osmocom.org/issues/6038 Unfortunately I have no experience with RPM based distributions and don't know how and where (somewhere in docker-playground.git or osmo-ci.git, I guess) to fix this. Either we wait until our infrastructure expert @osmith is back from holidays, or somebody else needs to invalidate Docker's cache somehow.
