I believe the nanoBTS
1) draw more power than the standard permits
2) don't do the proper handshaking but simply draw power without
negotiating it
I
searched in Internet and I found a Netgear FS108P. It's cheap
and it will be enough for us. Can I use it with our BaseStation
or have I to use the power supplier of the BaseStations, too?
The netgear FS108P is a switch that's known to work with them. I
use it myself.
it works for me, too. but only for two nanoBTS, as soon as I connect
the third, the overpower LED of the switch lights up.
Aha, thanks for your answer.
Do someone knows other PoE-Switches that can be used with 3 or 4
nanoBTS?
I will need at least to connect 3 nanoBTS...
Thanks a lot!
