deps/Makefile: nas: Update our rebased fork branch
The following PR [1] was merged upstream "main" branch, so our "pespin/main" branch from our fork containing not-for-upstream commits has been rebased on top. Update the reference in Makefile, so we don't need to keep the merged patch in our branch.
