[ticket] RSSI fails to sync on 1800Mhz bands

Version: OSMOCOM Monitor Tool (revision osmocon_v0.0.0-1346-g186fefc-modified) RSSI is running from flash There seems to be a problem when trying to sync to the DCS bands also the spectum window is not that what you expect. There seem to be a few very strong peaks but the rest is flat.
