Hi Guys,
i got the Motorola C115 device and i want to flash the Build into the
device. from where can i get the cable
so that i can flash the stack and seee.

Nagesh,
there are a lot of links in the wiki [1]. Go and read it.
No need to flash anything. You "boot" over the serial line.
Nothing persistent happens [2], if you don't use osmoload, which you
shouldn't.
