In the Osmocom community, I believe "hacking" is meant to churn at a problem /
play with technology. IMHO it's a common misunderstanding by the main stream
that hacking means breaking into something. Well, but it's the main stream.

In the terms of these texts, I believe Osmocom belongs to the hacker culture.
IOW if you're running OsmocomBB, you're most certainly hacking by definition :)
