There is no specification, sorry. All information we know about that
card and its programming had to be reverse engineered from an
uncommented list of APDU sequences for pre-personalization and
personalization that we received from our supplier.
It would be great if you could find some time to improve the wiki page
with your findings. Unless the community collaborates on creating a
better spec/document, there will not be one :/
