To reiterate, in the old osmo-nitb, we used to have
'subscriber-create-on-demand', which the new osmo-hlr does not support. It's
not an improvement, it's dropping a feature on the floor.

looks good as long as you also have a BTS.
Of course just the invocation commands don't convey anything about the settings.
And of course don't make us read your config unless you have an actual problem.

The short answer is: use osmo-sip-connector. The long answer should be
somewhere on the wiki, but personally I'm not familiar with that. Maybe someone
else has a pointer?
