Osmocom CardOS project gets its own list

Dear all, in recent weeks several people have contacted me that they would be interested in attempting to bring the idea of a CardOS forward. To provide them a place where they can share ideas and code, I have created the osmocom-cos(a)lists.osmocom.org mailing list.
