[OsmoDevCon] Cancellation of participation due to COVID-19

Dear Osmocom community, it hurts me to make this statement, but unfortunately I have to cancel my OsmoDevCon 2020 participation in April. The borders are closing due to COVID-19, even between my home country and Russian Federation. I have been looking forward to see you all, but this time I won't make it. I've seen some ideas in the IRC about making it online, but it would not make much sense (at least to me) since we all work online anyway. Meeting face-to-face is what makes the event so nice. I know that most participants are EU/Berlin based, and the event can still be held. But would it be possible to reschedule it at a later date? Maybe in summer or autumn the situation would get better? I will keep my flight reservation until the end of March, so it would be possible to change the dates. Gesundheit!
