Hi Jay,
rtl_fm can be used like rtl_tcp ?
Can I use SDR Sharp (SDR#) on a Windows 7 PC (Client side) to connect on the RTL SDR on
the Raspberry Pi (Server side) like rtl_tcp?

Have you checked out rtl_fm yet?
May just do the trick for your setup.
