Is It possible to connect osmo-BTS-trx to any other commercial BSC or MSC?

The Abis interface is not designed by 3GPP to be an interoperable interface, so the answer is likely no, at least unless the BSC vendor explicitly would support osmo-bts. In contrast to that, AoIP is standardized. So you can interoperate your osmo-bts-trx + osmo-bsc against antoher MSC that's not osmo-msc. Note that this usually requiers in-depth understanding of SIGTRAN as there are many configuration parameters to take into consideration. osmo-bts + osmo-bsc has been connected to MSCs of various vendors such as Ericsson or Huawei.
