How does the phone know if it is roaming or not?
When my phone camps
to OpenBTS network it says it is roaming but in OpenBSC it doesn't.
Are you running OpenBSC and OpenBTS with the same phone, same simcard
oon the same MCC/MNC? Then you should not see any difference.
They only way a phone knows is if the MCC/MNC of the IMSI in the SIM is
identical with the MCC/MNC of the serving cell.
