PS3: I've looked at the generated output and it looks good. However, I think the examples don't indicate if they are for a single record or for the entire file. It might make sense to somehow indicate that. Either by mentioning the structure of the given file (linar-fixed/transparent) (and?) or by idicating if an example is for the full file or for a single record.

*I* of course can tell from looking at the data and knowing the files... but the tool exists for people who don't have that deep background knowledge.
