We should give a spec reference
We do have a spec. reference in the header of this file, so I am assuming the SCP81 range comes from there too? From ddbfc043ac0fd977a0b18f4b729b9211eea4d432, I see this is a non-public spec. so I cannot verify if it's actually defined there.
