You can use gsm48_parse_ra() here, see gprs_gmm_rx_att_ack() in libosmo-gprs. […] ack, thx. btw, i notice gsm48_parse_ra() should probably call osmo_plmn_from_bcd() instead of duplicating. it does because it's been there for a long long time
