V1.2: Rename "Automatic" -> "Immediate"
Rename all ASN.1 occurrences of "Automatic" or "AutomaticEnable" or similar to "Immediate" or "ImmediateEnable" or similar respectively.
Also rename internal structure names from "auto" or similar to "immediate" or similar respectively.
