SGP32Definitions: revert workaround for SGP32-RetrieveNotificationsListResponse

The SGP32-RetrieveNotificationsListResponse only plays a role on ES10b level (see also SGP.32, section 5.9.11). This means that this ASN.1 type is irrelevant on eIM level. Let's revert the workaround we did since it does not have any effect.
