Not able to connect to Network using C-115 devices.

Did you use the sylvain/testing branch and compile firmware with TX support?
Also as I see from

you have not config for mobile, may be you should create it in
~/.osmocom/bb/osmocom.cfg and define config for ms 1 with 'sim reader',
'network-selection-mode auto' and 'no shutdown' options. Or do it in console
as Loretta says.

PS: I'm new to Osmocom BB, so it's just my first steps with this project. I
use C118 and C115 and they could connect to network and make calls.
