If you had checked the git repository, you would have found the only
GRC stuff in there is:
osmo-tetra/src/demod/grc/tetra_demod_qpsk.xml
But that's only the demodulation (and even then, just a blackbox). All
the other layers are not GNURadio blocks at all, they're pure C code
libraries / utilities.
There are example python code on how to use it but it's just SOURCE ->
TETRA BLOCK -> SINK ... not really worth an example ...
