Printing Fi/Di values from simtrace host tool (PPS)

This is merely a historical archive of years 2008-2021, before the migration to mailman3.

A maintained and still updated list archive can be found at https://lists.osmocom.org/hyperkitty/list/simtrace@lists.osmocom.org/.

IIRC, the UART is even DMA capable (via the PDC), but the problem is
that we have to act on each byte in realtime to watch for Fi/Di changes
(PPS) which can occur basically at any time. So I think it will have
to remain software manually pulling out each byte from the UART.
