Building on Mac OS? reference platform?

Thanks Steve -

I can confirm that with a fresh clone of the code, I am now able to build osmo_fl2k quite happily on MacOS High Sierra (10.13.4).

I may switch across to my Ubuntu 18.04 laptop just to stay on the well beaten track.
