A good bug report always includes a verbatim copy of any compile errors.

Almost all Osmocom developers primarily develop on various flavors of Linux.
Ubuntu or Debian are typically a safe choice.

It would greatly help if you would even specify what "this" is.  Osmocom
is a large project with many sub-projects.  Even the SDR related projects
discussed here are a few to choose from...
