If we already missed a deadline, we need to hurry, best, lynxis Liebe Teams, OCs und Lebensformen der Infrastruktur, lieb[e/er/es] GSM, der 36C3 rückt näher. Die Planung hat begonnen und wie jedes Jahr braucht das Logistic Operation Center eure Unterstützung, damit wir unsere Arbeit vor und für Transporte planen können. ACHTUNG: Wie im letzten Jahr auch haben wir wieder die Maßgabe, dass die Halle während der Veranstaltung brandlastfrei sein muss. Daraus ergibt sich wie letztes Jahr folgende Situation: Es wird während der Veranstaltung (26.12 bis 30.12) KEIN Lager in Halle 4 geben. Es ist nur eingeschränkt möglich, währenddessen in Halle 4 zu arbeiten. Auch die Werkstätten müssen während der Veranstaltung aus der Halle geräumt werden. Wahrscheinlich gibt es wieder eine kleine Werkstatt in einem Hallennebenraum, die vor und auch während der Veranstaltung genutzt werden kann. Sprecht uns unbedingt an, falls ihr Lagerplatz benötigt, an den ihr während der Veranstaltung heran müsst. Alles andere werden wir am 26.12. aus den Hallen raus und erst am 30.12. wieder zurück räumen. Bitte berücksichtigt das unbedingt in eurer Planung und lasst Material, von dem ihr nicht sicher seid, ob ihr es verwenden werdet, Zuhause! Folgende Informationen brauchen wir konkret: Lieferungen: Was bringt ihr an Material, dass bei uns zwischengelagert werden muss? Benötigt ihr während der Veranstaltung Lagerplatz? Wenn ja, wie viel und muss dieser abschließbar sein? Was benötigt ihr, das in Berlin oder Leipzig in unseren Lagern steht? Bitte spezifiziert möglichst genau, welche Paletten das sind. Gebt bitte möglichst auf den Tag genau an, ab wann ihr diese Dinge benötigt. Auf der Messe: Benötigt ihr Transporte mit Gabelstaplern vor Ort? Plant ihr, viel Müll, insbesondere Sperr- oder Sondermüll zu erzeugen? Plant ihr, etwas zu bauen, dass wir danach einlagern sollen? Wenn ja, klärt bitte frühzeitig mit uns, ob und wie das umgesetzt werden kann! Bestellungen: Wenn ihr größere Mengen an Verbrauchsmaterial benötigt, brauchen wir dazu möglichst bald eure Infos. Beachtet die untenstehenden Fristen und tragt euch in die Bestellliste im Wiki ein, damit wir mit euch planen können, bei welchen Bestellungen es sinnvoll ist, dass wir sie machen. Planning has started and - same procedure as every year - we need your support to plan our work on site and the transports to and from the Messe. IMPORTANT NOTE: As last year Halle 4 has to be „brandlastfrei“ (there must not be any flammable material inside). Therefore, there will NOT be any storage space in Halle 4 from 26th to 30th. There are only limited possibilities to work in Halle 4 during the event - all workshops have to be removed, too. There will likely be a small side room as workshop during the event. If you need storage space that you can access during the event, you need to talk to us so that we can find a solution. Everything else will be removed from the halls and brought back on 30th AFTER the event is officially over. Please think twice before bringing stuff you might not need. Therefore, we need the following information: Deliveries: What materials will you bring that we need to store (even if only for a short time)? Do you need storage space during the event? If yes, how much and does it have to be lockable? Do you need anything from the storage in Leipzig or Berlin? Please specify as exactly as possible which pallets you need. Please tell us when you will need those things On site: Do you need forklift transports on site? Will you produce loads of trash, special waste or bulky waste? Will you build something that you want to store? If yes, please contact us as soon as possible to clarify if and how that would be possible Orders: If you need larger amounts of $thing, please add your info to the Bestelliste as soon as possible and contact us - we may be able to support you with it.
