ABIS over IuB SCTP

This is merely a historical archive of years 2008-2021, before the migration to mailman3.

Further clarification: Regarding my initial mixup of standard iub / abis,
it was because of this, when i first met the problem i googled for a
solution and ran into this:

https://osqa-ask.wireshark.org/questions/23531/abis-over-iua-decoding

it was actually abis over IuA.
