Can we use osmocom for debugging purpose?
I mean, during the Handover procedure when MS sends HO access burst to the
network,
can we use the osmocom to handle this procedure? In this way, can we check
if MS is properly
sending HO access burst to the right BTS? Any suggestion if want to share
to debug the issue
would be appreciable. thanks

Before I sent email to openbsc ML, I used the baseband-devel ML
platform and share everything there
but I could not get any help regarding this issue. That's the reason I
chose this ML for help.
