The answer is only one serach function on osmocom.org away:

They are tools to work with Java applets on the (not only) sysmocom SIM
cards. They don't have any specific mailing list.  They mgiht benefit
from somebody getting Dieter's patches merged in the upstream shadytel
tools, and not from having more patches merged in our repositories, so I
think gerrit is not a good fit here.
