the sysmoBTS dsp supports all GPRS and EDGE coding schemes. The
osmo-pcu currently only supports GPRS RLC frames.

Nobody to command you. Naturally we do the development on the sysmoBTS
and when you have a look at the osmo-pcu git repository you see which
entity is the most active one. ;)
