Doh!

Ok.. got the handset registered, it's working fine.  Now an LCR question:

I'm currently getting a voice error message "There is no extension created
for your MSN number" followed by a SIT tone.

So my next question is how do I create an extension for the mobile and link
it to asterisk?  Is there a way for LCR to automatically generate
extensions?
