The problem is that in germany the 2m Licence is for so called BOS (Police, Firefighters ect.) and that what we do, using the radios for a youthfirefighter event is a grey area in law. (Was ich meine ist das man die dinger eigentlich nur in einsatzfall oder zu übungszwecken verwenden soll.) Actual not every youth-advisor got one of these radios.
